Taemeerat is built to keep one provenance chain — quantity → resource → cost → job card → inspection — from quotation to handover.
The product
Taemeerat is a four-tier SaaS construction operating system: pre-award tendering and estimation feeding into a live construction-control tower across operational layers that now number fourteen — control gates, procurement, billing, change management, subcontracts, HSE, equipment, and more — well beyond the six originally scoped, with role-based licensing enforcement and a Gemini-powered site assistant.

Real, tested engineering sits behind the platform's core claims:
- CQRE — the Construction Quantity & Resource Calculation Engine — derives materials, labour, cost, and duration from a structural element and its recipe through pure, unit-tested functions, with a full arithmetic audit trail and a what-if design-change impact simulator.
- Pre-award tendering and estimation sharing that same recipe catalog, with a full seven-level cost build-up (quantity → resource → direct cost → indirect cost → risk → commercial pricing) that recomputes live; two of the four planned BOQ intake paths (manual entry and historical templates) are genuinely working today.
- Three real, working Gemini integrations: a natural-language site-assistant query, vision-based photo inspection returning structured pass/fail and defect findings, and project-wide risk forecasting from live KPI and inventory data — each with a documented fallback response if the AI call fails, so the demo experience stays intact either way.
- RBAC and SaaS licensing enforcement — an eight-stage access gate that, as of the latest build, is verified server-side through a dedicated Cloud Function against Firestore-backed tenant, role, and licensing data, wired into nine real approval actions including NCR sign-off, IPC certification, and change-order approval, with every decision written to an enforcement audit log.
- A real automated test suite (Vitest) covering the enforcement engine, estimation calculations, procurement-matching logic, and state transitions.
Upcoming features
Most day-to-day project data in the platform today is realistic sample data rather than a live project database — Firestore sync currently covers five core collections, with the rest rolling out incrementally. Planned next:
- Client-uploaded BOQ and drawing-takeoff parsing — the two BOQ intake paths not yet built.
- Broader live Firestore sync across the remaining operational modules, replacing today's sample data.
- Real per-user authentication, replacing a single shared sandbox identity used for demonstration today.
- Production-grade Firestore security rules, and multi-scenario pricing comparison with margin-vs-target warnings.
