The problem
Patients wait in traffic for ten-minute consults. Families juggle elderly parents without a shared record. Clinics lose continuity between visits. Care quality varies because the protocol for a home visit lives on paper — or in one clinician's memory — not in a system anyone can audit. Doses get missed once the door closes, and records move between providers with no real consent trail.
The concept
CallDoc turns a home or video visit into a structured clinical pathway: vitals, complaints, focused exam, and discipline-specific tools, auto-saved step by step and projected into typed records — prescriptions, ROM, PHQ-9, diet plans. Supervisors can check adherence against the same pathway. Patients see exactly what happens, and who has access to what.
How a visit runs
- Book — ASAP home visit via radius dispatch, or a scheduled slot with a chosen clinician (20 min video / 45 min home).
- Visit — the clinician runs a versioned, discipline-specific protocol wizard with an audit trail, not an improvised checklist.
- Adhere — a prescription becomes a dose calendar with reminders; exercises and diet plans continue as a programme.
- Trust — supervisors audit adherence; patients can escalate with consent and control exactly who sees their record.
Service lines
Each bookable directly from the patient home screen:
- General Physician
- Nursing Services
- Physiotherapy
- Psychology
- Food & Nutrition
- Lab Services
Why not generic telehealth
- Transparent protocol engine — admin-editable, versioned pathways activate without an app release.
- Built-in trust architecture — senior clinicians review adherence; patients can request escalation with explicit consent.
- Adherence beyond the visit — prescriptions auto-generate dose schedules and reminders.
- Family-first booking — one account manages care for dependents, with relation, allergies and conditions on hand.
- Patient-controlled privacy — consent-first sharing, scoped referrals, revocable access, private supervisor threads by default.
- Accountable dispatch — radius- and capability-aware matching, plus incomplete-appointment safeguards that keep the network reliable.
Who it's for
- Patients & families — book, track, and pay for care; manage dependents and control who sees the record.
- Clinicians — GPs, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and nutritionists running fair, structured visits.
- Supervisors — senior clinicians reviewing protocol adherence and handling patient escalations.
- Ecosystem operators — approve providers, tune protocols and pricing, and keep the marketplace accountable.
Platform and stage
Native mobile app (Expo / React Native, iOS & Android), operator admin console, and marketing site — backed by Supabase, with WebRTC video. Home-visit and protocol core built; running as a closed pilot ahead of open public launch.
