KampAIgner
Concept Paper · GTM & Marketing

From product brief to campaign pack, in one AI studio.

An AI marketing suite for hybrid campaigns, with a genuinely working strategy, image, and Veo-video generation core already live on the marketing site — while the team, GTM-engine, and analytics workspace tabs remain early scaffolding, exactly as the product's own "in development" label states.

Marketing launches still stitch together strategy decks, design tools, video vendors, and task trackers across separate apps. Plans skew digital-first because researching offline and hybrid channels is a separate, slower exercise, and competitive context usually arrives late and disconnected from the plan it should have shaped.

KampAIgner is designed as a single browser workspace: a product brief becomes a search-grounded hybrid strategy — digital and offline channels together — with generated visuals, Veo video from AI-written scripts, and a lightweight ops layer for todos, calendar, and comments on the same campaign object.

The AI generation core is real and matches the product's marketing closely:

  • A hold-to-talk voice intake in the product-discovery flow, transcribed live by Gemini.
  • Search-grounded strategy synthesis producing a structured plan — audience, channels, messaging, video scripts, and action items.
  • Real multi-aspect-ratio image generation and prompt-based editing, and real Veo video generation with gallery integration.
  • Search-grounded competitor analysis and market-sentiment scoring.
  • Firebase Auth with per-user Firestore sync of campaign drafts, including a deliberate fallback to local-only storage if the cloud write fails.

Consistent with the product's own "app in development" label, several workspace tabs are early scaffolding rather than working features today:

  • Team management and a real multi-user collaboration model — currently a static, hardcoded member list.
  • The GTM Engine view and the analytics dashboard — currently static UI shells, not connected to live campaign data.
  • A real approval workflow — the status types exist; the request/approve state machine doesn't yet.
  • Billing — pricing tiers are shown but not wired to Stripe or any quota enforcement.
  • A server-side proxy for the AI key currently bundled client-side.
  • Founders and in-house marketers wanting strategy, creative, and video in one workspace.
  • Boutique agencies and growth teams prototyping hybrid campaigns quickly.

React 19 + Vite client, Firebase (Auth + Firestore), Gemini + Veo. Stage: In Progress — the marketing site and AI generation core are live; the team, GTM-engine, and billing layers are the app still being built.
