An institutional operating system for multi-branch school chains, built on deterministic academic mapping — with a genuine WebRTC virtual classroom, AI curriculum tooling, and seven role-specific dashboards already running in a demo-grade MVP.
School chains expanding across cities accumulate "ghost classes" — sections that exist on paper without an assigned teacher, room, or syllabus milestone — and curriculum quality drifts as more branches come online. Scheduling conflicts, fee-collection blind spots, and inconsistent parent communication all compound because timetables, assessments, resources, and virtual classes live in separate, disconnected systems.
Alpha Nexus is built on deterministic mapping: every academic node — session, city, branch, grade, section, subject, teacher — is bound before operations begin, so a class can't exist without a teacher, a room, and a syllabus milestone attached. Seven role-specific dashboards (super admin, branch admin, principal, class teacher, subject teacher, parent, student) sit on top of that map, with Gemini-powered tools for curriculum drafting and institutional strategy.
A substantial, real application — not a mockup — runs at the live demo:
The demo-grade MVP runs entirely in the browser today. Planned for production readiness:
React 19 + TypeScript + Vite, an Express + WebSocket backend for AI proxying and WebRTC signaling, Gemini for curriculum and strategy generation. Stage: MVP Live — the mapping engine, classroom, and curriculum tooling are real and demonstrable; production persistence, auth, and localization are the next build phase.
